We have an outdoor heated pool located in the privacy of our backyard, with beautiful views of the White Mountains.
Opening date every year, from June 15 through Labor Day Weekend.

Here at The Briarcliff Motel we want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
The following are the different types of rooms we have available.

All Rooms are Non-Smoking. Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets

In the common area of the motel we have:

A Soda Machine . An Ice Machine . A Microwave . An Ironing Board . Laundry Facilities

We do not permit cooking in any of the rooms except for in the common area.
We also provide an ironing board, the iron is kept in the office at all times and is available upon request. We ask all ironing be done in the common room as well.
Sorry skis and bikes are not allowed in room no exceptions, due to damages that have been done in the past.

Cancellation Policy

We take only guaranteed reservations -- using a valid credit card: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. We do have a 1 night deposit taken upon making the reservation. We have a full seven-day cancellation policy during this time period: you may cancel not later than the close of business seven days prior to your expected arrival. Cancellations with less notice will be charged a mandatory $25.00 cancellation fee and/or the full price of your reservation to the guaranteeing card unless we are able to resell the room -- and we make a good faith effort to do so. The guest assumes the full risk if we cannot resell the room. We cannot accept reservations or cancellations by e-mail, telephone only please, between 0900 and 2100 hours US Eastern Time Zone daily.
